Printable PDF plan set.
Fewest boards means fewer to haul; lowest price can be a few boards more. Uses your entered or estimated prices.
Pick a size. Get dimensioned plans, a cut list, and a board-by-board layout worked out so the long boards and metal panels stay uncut.
Every dimension is derived from the size you choose, from 4 to 12 feet: the frame, the corrugated steel panels, the sit-on cap, the corner uprights, and the cross tie that keeps a long bed from bowing. The board layout is solved like a packing problem, for the lowest price or the fewest boards, and the factory panel lengths stay uncut.
Work in progress. The plans are complete and usable, but we have not yet build-verified the most recent revisions ourselves. Double-check dimensions against your own materials before cutting, and build at your own discretion.
